Política de recursos humanos y perspectiva de género: adaptarse al cambio o pagar las consecuencias

Abstract

The present article has as general objective to reflect on the relationship between the Company and its environment, from the inquiry about how organizations can respond to the gender problems of the contemporarnies societies in their internal processes linked to their human resources policy (RR HH) and of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and constitute it as a competitive advantage. For this purpose, we started from the base of the releve and exploration of institucional documents (analysis of sustainability reports and studies on the subjet of gender and diversity) of three outstanding consultants in the provision of human resources services in Argentina: Adecco, Manpowergroup and Accenture.

Within the framework of discussions related to the disciplinary field of CSR and HR, it is also proposed to serve an aprroach to good HR practices with a gender perspective.
